The Rusty Flack Society is The Luzerne Foundation’s legacy circle, honoring individuals who have named the Foundation as the beneficiary of a planned or deferred gift. Established in 2011 and named in tribute to Charles D. “Rusty” Flack, Jr., a founding board member and dedicated philanthropist, the Society recognizes those committed to creating a lasting impact in our community.

There is no minimum gift amount required to join, and members may choose to be publicly acknowledged or remain anonymous. Planned gifts from Society members range from $1,000 to over $1 million, supporting a wide array of nonprofit organizations throughout the region.

Rusty Flack’s enduring commitment to philanthropy and his belief in “doing something today that will grow and last” continues to inspire this circle of legacy-minded donors.
